About the event
Legacies United Foundation offers a Youth Sports Leadership Academy (YSLA) in collaboration with The Cheer Institute.  This program was designed for youth in both Middle and High School. This initiative connects youth who are motivated and or driven by sports to mentors, trainers and coaches around the industry; who in turn show them how their Knowledge skills and abilities can take them to the next level not just in sports but in Life. Youth will have the ability to gain a deeper understanding on how sports impact culture, gain internship opportunities and create a Legacy Plan/ roadmap for their future. Program is beneficial for young men and women in school or out of school as we use the platform of sports to drive change. We have a strong partnership as well with The Ohio State Universities Life Sports program which is administered by The Department of Social Work.
